Justin Lopina starts talking about the Talmud at 3 minutes 50 seconds mark in the video. He totally (whether knowingly or not) misrepresents what the Talmud is and states. Why even bring up the Talmud when the homily is supposed to be about Christ's first miracle at the Wedding Feast of Cana?
I know this priest. And i have known him since before he became one. I don't think he is one to which you should direct your venom. I doubt he knows that the talmud contains calumnies against our Lord. Th quote he mentions has been floating around this diocese for some time independent of any deeper context..
ReplyDeleteA Novus Ordo priest has to cope with poor formation and a culture of heterodoxy. He had only to look of Wikipedia to see that the Talmud is 'the central text of rabbinical Judaism.' It is absolutely not a collection of post-Exile remainders. He could have researched far better. I suspect his research never strayed outside the ambit of parish and diocesan newsletter articles. The frequently Masonic Ordinary of a Novus Ordo priest will be well aware of what the Talmud really is, but this bishop will hate Catholicism and Tradition as much as any Jew. I would pray for the people he has mislead, but also for the priest that he can somehow join hands with the Faith and Tradition.

DeleteIm not the only one who observed this. This guy is downright embarrassing. I would never again enter into a false vatican 2 Church but even back in the days when I did, this person's demeanor would have made me feel like walking out.

ReplyDeleteThe Jews have always been at pains to conceal the real deal of the Talmud and its hate, but our Lord stripped the mask from the Tradition of the Elders and revealed it for all the time for what it truly is - a Satanic legal system that is against God and all men and nullifies the Mosaic Law.
The teaching of the Church (and the Bible) has always been clear on this.
Interesting comments- I'm use to seeing this type of venom on the liberal websites I stumble into. Whether you are right or wrong I do not know. I only remember being taught- You will know the tree by its fruit. So as a simple sheep in the Shepherd's Flock, I will only say- Be careful, the Leader's in Christ's time also were 100% sure they were right and wound up rejecting the Cornerstone due to their blindness.

Where's the venom? It's 'Fr' Justin who is the blind one here through promoting the Pharasaical Talmud. We are merely trying to defend Christ against his ancient enemies.

Deleteis an alter Christus.He was chosen by our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ to consecrate his body & blood during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
A devout alter Christus,in his sermon,can explain the Gospel and Epistle.He can inform us of how to apply Catholicism to our daily life.
At the end of this inane little 'homily' he bows to a freaking table. There isn't even a crucifix within visibility!!!
