Jorge ought to talk to his tailor to request that the hem of his cassock be taken up. Perhaps it could be taken up to suit coat level or patterned after a Mao jacket. I am surprised that Novus Ordo Jorge has not yet done away with the cassock completely but maybe he feels that the difficulties of wearing one need more exposure first.
Its the pain pills and coca leaves. Notice he is constantly picking at his nose and making off the cuff bizarre comments. I am not making fun of him but he is sick.People who are sick as him slowly get addicted to meds meant for pain.
