This video was uploaded to facebook on 16 November 2015 and has spread across Spanish language blogs like wildfire.  The presbyter has been dubbed #LadyPadre on social media.  He is singing 'Hallelujah' while waving his white and red robes. How sad for those who were in attendance and believe this is part of the Catholic faith.
