First of all, the doubt has been removed that Bergoglio may speak in a disorderly way only in Italian but not in Spanish, the language that is most natural to him.
We have received messages from Argentina:
“Even in Spanish Francis is rather disorderly when he improvises, although perhaps a bit less than in Italian.
And from Spain:
“He is disorderly and confused even when he speaks in Spanish. Sometimes he does not finish his sentences. He uses many expressions typical of Argentina, excessively local and informal.”
Having established this, an Italian reader has gone to the heart of the matter like this:
“I believe that Bergoglio’s disorderly and sloppy improvisation is intentional. His jumping from tangent to tangent makes it difficult for the interlocutor to come to grips with anything. This is the case, for example, of the inflight interviews, which he constructs and measures with undoubted political and manipulative skill. A skill that however in the end turns out to be to be short-lived, at least when the journalist presses him.
“As for his recent autobiographical account, the fact that he describes as an age of 'omnipotence' the period in which he was a superior makes one think. It reveals an affective approach to power that turns out to be problematic to say the least. The periods that he calls ‘dark’ in his life are in practice those in which he has no position of authority.”

Also from Italy:
“From an overall perspective, I would say this. There is in Bergoglio the typically Jesuit formative-cultural element, oriented more to the image than to the concept, heightened by a personality that seeks impact rather than real sharing - in keeping with his authoritarianism - all supported by a very acute psychological penetration.
"However, the way in which he has recounted his life reveals a basic ambivalence. That which is the exercise of a power of suggestion and of impression is, at the same time, the expression of an unresolved, fragile personality, with pockets of poorly digested rancor. His political and psychological skills allow him to manage this instability socially. But the result is not constructive. I think that with Pope Francis it may never be possible to define in a clear and crisp manner - and even he does not know this - how much in him is the calculated exercise of a consciously destabilizing power, aimed at setting 'processes' in motion, and how much is the expression of a personality like his own, unstable and thirsty for compensation."
And finally, for now:
“In many ways Bergoglio reminds me of Marcial Maciel, the charismatic founder of the Legionaries of Christ. He too, the pope, must be deciphered from a psychological rather than a theological point of view. I am convinced that part of his secret lies in his family of origin, of which, on balance, we know very little and about which he himself says little and in an evasive manner. I am struck, among other things, by the figure of his sister, Maria Elena [in the photo], with that homeless look and oddball mannerisms.
Both Bergoglio and Maciel have, had in common a strong personality, charismatic, but with that surface charisma proper to unstable personalities. Both are, were allergic to going deeper, to intellectual work. Both are, were masters of the art of dissimulation and with a special intuition in grasping the vulnerable points of interlocutors and bending them to themselves. Both with a mental energy out of the ordinary. Both implacable and vindictive towards the enemies, when these are weaker than they.”

We guess one should be happy John Klein is playing a guitar rather than following in the footsteps of Marcial Maciel and his less than exemplar behaviors.
Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender who served 13 months in jail from 2009 to 2010, meets Saint John Paul II in an undated photo at Epstein’s home.
Epstein rubbed shoulder with a who’s who of the elite in the world at his private Caribbean island and Palm Beach home where they stayed as his guests. It is rumored he ran a pedophile sex ring stocked with underage children. Names included in his black book which surfaced are: Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Bill Richardson, Leslie Wexner, Mark Katzenellenbogen, Elie Weisel, Edward de Rothschild, Evelyn de Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Rupert Murdoch, Michael Bloomberg, Henry Kissinger, Peter Soros, John Kerry, Ernst Hanover, Marie Hapsburg, Prince Andrew (of the United Kingdom), Viscount William Astor, Lord Alistair McAlpine, John Micklethwait, Ghislaine Maxwell, Laurie Oppenheim, Eric Margolis, Peter Mandelson, Constantine Niarchos, Kevin Maxwell, Jose Azna, Prince Salman (of Saudi Arabia), Edward Kennedy, Edgar Bronfman, Ehud Barak, Courtney Love, etc...

One would think that John Paul II would have had handlers or priests who had contacts with police or intelligence services that would have notified him of the less than stellar reputation of Jeffrey Epstein. Then again, maybe he knew. After all in 1990 John Paul awarded Jimmy Savile papal knighthood by making him a Knight Commander of the Pontifical Equestrian Order of Saint Gregory the Great (KCSG) and he gained further Vatican honors when the Sovereign Military Order of Malta awarded him The Order pro Merito Melitensi. Allegations had swirled around Savile and complaints were made to law enforcement officers. The first complaint was a male claiming in 1963 to have been raped by Jimmy. Was there no one doing due diligence at the Vatican?
Knight Commander Jimmy Savile and Saint John Paul II
Maybe Jimmy Savile and/or Jeffrey Epstein donated substansial sums of money to John Paul II and his pets causes? One person who got a free pass from John Paul II was Marcial Maciel Degollado, a Mexican who founded and was the Superior General of the Legionaries of Christ, due to the considerable funding he provided the Vatican. Maciel and John Paul II were collaborators on many projects and John Paul II publicly recognized both him and the order he founded even though sexual allegations followed Maciel wherever he went. It wasn’t until a few days before John Paul II died that Marcial Maciel resigned as Superior General. Benedict XVI, who as head of the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith from 1981 to 2005 did nothing, finally acted in 2006 by removing Maciel from the active ministry. Yet, Benedict XVI didn’t move against the Legionaries of Christ despite their having: spread heresy, violated Church law and doctrine, sown confusion, and committed shameful immoral crimes. Benedict XVI instead put the Legionaries of Christ under provisional administration.

Francis and his god of surprises has surprise,
granted a "plenary indulgence", or religious pardon, to the ultra-conservative Legion of Christ movement, mired in a paedophile scandal, provided its members perform acts of penance, Vatican Radio said Thursday.
The Legion of Christ has for years been beset by accusations of sexual abuse.
The order's founder, Mexican-born Marcial Maciel, stepped down in 2005 amid allegations of paedophilia and fathering several children. He died in 2008.
In August the Chilean government decided to deport Irish priest John O'Reilly, the local Legion head who was convicted of sexually abusing a young girl.
"After the huge scandal provoked by its hellish past," the Legion of Christ group "has begun a period of purification and renewal," Vatican Radio said.
The "jubilee" indulgence is offered to all the group's members for a period beginning next month, during the 75th anniversary year of the Legion's founding and will conclude next June.
“Then you spoke of the gay lobby. Agh… so much is written about the gay lobby. I have yet to find on a Vatican identity card the word gay. They say there are some gay people here. I think that when we encounter a gay person, we must make the distinction between the fact of a person being gay and the fact of a lobby, because lobbies are not good. They are bad. If a person is gay and seeks the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge that person?”
...should Francis behavior be unexpected?
Sadly, look for more than just Monsignor Battista Mario Salvatore Ricca to come to light in the near future of homosexuals whom Francis has placed into high positions in his administration. It doesn’t seem to matter who is in charge the game is always the same... take the money and run. ...Wait a few years and then publicly exonerate the perpetrators of the crime. The victims? Who? What? Persecute them as liars.

After all, where there is smoke there is fire!
His humbleness doesn’t like to chop off heads as it isn’t his style nor
does he believe he is qualified to judge homosexual behavior.
