Why is abortion the ‘Law of the land’ in America?

Michael A. Hoffman II writes in, America is under Talmudic law, not Sharia law:

“Pursuers come in all shapes and sizes. They can even be Judaic children. Americans have often expressed dismay and amazement at how, in 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court did not only legalize abortion at 12 or 16 weeks gestation. The Court, in conformity with the Talmud, legalized abortion on demand at any time during the pregnancy, including a few minutes before the baby is born. This abominable crime is permissible in those lands where the Talmud exerts dominion.

The relevant halacha is found in the uncensored text of the Talmud Bavli (“Bavli” denotes Babylon), in Sanhedrin 72b, where a mother believes her unborn baby is endangering her life by “pursuing” her. According to the Talmud, this unborn infant rodef can be eliminated at any time during the pregnancy, except when the mother is actually giving birth and the head of the child becomes visible.

“Before the baby is born, it is not considered a living soul, and it is therefore not subject to the halakhot (law) of murder.” — Koren Talmud Bavli: Sanhedrin Part Two (Jerusalem, 2017), p. 155.

Right wing campaigners against the alleged imminent imposition of Sharia law announce that they are defending the “Constitution against Islam.” We have never seen a case where Islamic law profoundly influenced members of the Supreme Court. We have, however, observed repeated Talmudic influence over how the court interprets the Constitution in the modern era. Roe v. Wade is one example. Another is the “discovery” of a Constitutional right to legalize the marriage of sodomites. It goes without saying that the Founders envisioned no such right, just as the Bible made no allowance for a usurping Talmud. 

In the religion that is directed by the Talmud, there is no legislature. All laws are made by judicial decision. It just so happens that this is how much of the supreme law of the land is made in America. Another name for “activist judge” is Talmudic judge.

Our nation is under Talmudic law, not Sharia, though immense troops of Protestant and Catholic ignoramuses display their cluelessness as they crusade with intense fervor against a non-existent menace, while oblivious to the cancer eating at the bowels of our nation. 

One wants to be charitable. One hesitates to overtax rhetoric and apply the word idiocy to the victims of what is a constantly mutating virus of deception that has hoodwinked them and 99% of the conservative movement. In lieu of such rhetoric, an observation of C. Wright Mills comes to mind, “We are at a curious juncture in the history of human insanity.””

Many fanatical supporters of the late Malachi Martin when confronted with evidence of Martin’s blasphemies against Our Lord, Jesus the Christ excuse them away.  Often one will hear them say, ‘It's taken out of context!’,  ‘That's a bald face lie, Malachi never said that!’, or ‘Yes, he said that but then he corrected himself.’ etc...  So here’s one the worst blasphemies we have heard straight from the mouth of the con-man himself.  Listen (if you still think Malachi Martin was Catholic) to Bernard Janzen interview Malachi Martin in Martin’s New York City home sometime in 1996.  The interview is sold as a three CDs under the name ‘Crossing the Desert’ at Triumph Communications.  We’ve cued up the quote below so that one doesn’t have to waste their time listening to the rest of the triple-agent’s tripe.  We believe it clearly shows the context in which Martin was speaking and remember at the time he was selling himself to the world as a traditional Catholic.  We wonder where did Malachi Martin get such as blasphemous idea in his head?  Did he come across it in the Rothschild owned Charlie Hebdo?  Maybe he corresponded with Kenneth Copeland, one of the leaders of the Charismatic Movement & buddies of Francis, and learned it from him?  Perhaps he attended one of Dr. David Tombs’ lectures?  Plausibly, knowing the Talmudic friends Martin kept company with his entire life and his claim that he studied the deuterocanonical period for knowledge of Jesus the Christ in Hebrew and Arabic manuscripts while at the University of Oxford and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he came across the idea in the blasphemous, Toledot Yeshhu.  From there it was most likely short work for his overactive imagination to project a part of the scurrilous and blasphemous medieval work to Our Lord’s Crucifixion.  Anyway you cut it, Malachi Martin’s blather was horrifyingly blasphemous!

Francis the humble “bloodsucker”

During his homily at Casa Santa Marta on Thursday 19 May 2016, Francis condemned himself with his own words.  The following three paragraphs are excerpted from Radio Vaticana,  Pope: the rich who exploit the poor are bloodsuckers.

“When riches are created by exploiting the people, by those rich people who exploit [others], they take advantage of the work of the people, and those poor people become slaves. We think of the here and now, the same thing happens all over the world. “I want to work.” “Good, they’ll make you a contract, from September to June.” Without a pension, without health care… Then they suspend it, and in July and August they have to eat air. And in September, they laugh at you about it. Those who do that are true bloodsuckers, and they live by spilling the blood of the people who they make slaves of labour.”

“Yesterday, in the Audience, we meditated on the rich glutton and Lazarus. But, this rich man was in his own world, he didn’t realize that on the other side of the door of his house, there was someone who was starving. But this is worse. That rich man, at least, did not realize, and left the other man to die of hunger. But this is worse. This is starving the people with their work for my own profit! Living on the blood of the people. And this is a mortal sin. This is a mortal sin. And this demands a great deal of penance, a great deal of restitution, in order to be converted from this sin.”

“We consider this drama of today: the exploitation of the people, the blood of these people who become slaves, the traffickers of people—and not just those who deal in prostitutes and children for child labour, but that trafficking we might call “civilized”: “I’ll pay you this much, without vacation, without health care, without… everything under the table… But I will become rich!” May the Lord make us understand today the simplicity that Jesus speaks to us of in the Gospel of today: a glass of water in the name of Christ is more important than all the riches accumulated through the exploitation of the people.” 

Compare that to the reality of Francis’ behavior and the system he runs!

The Pope didn't schedule an event this evening in honor of the eve of the important Jewish Holiday, Yom Kippur according to CNN.

As can be see by the tweet above, CNN said that Francis wasn't attending any events the night of 22 September 2015 because he wanted to respect and honor the eve of the important Talmudic Jewish day of Yom Kippur.  Recall that the official first act of the pontificate of Francis within hours of his election was his drafting and sending a letter to Rome's Chief Rabbi, Riccardo Di Segni, calling for the continued strengthening of ties between Catholics and Jews.  So when Francis spoke to the bishops of the United States of America in St. Matthew's Cathedral on Wednesday 23 September 2015, it is fitting he started his address with these words,

"First of all, I wish to send a greeting to the Jewish community, our Jewish brothers and sisters, who today are celebrating Yom Kippur. May the Lord bless them with peace and help them to advance on the path of holiness, as we heard today in his word: “You shall be holy, for I am holy” (Lev 19:2)."

If the Talmudic Jews are "holy" without Christ, what is the point of Christianity? (Thanks to Michael Hoffman for pointing this out.)
