Could the FSSPX please explain why they are using images from Medjugorje to promote a Marian Retreat when they believe the apparitions of Medjugorje to be false?

Marian Retreat, FSSPX.uk, 13 MAY - 18 MAY ST. SAVIOUR'S
HOUSE, KNOWLE, BRISTOL BS4 2DU

On March 19th & 24th of 2017, the official English language website of the FSSPX published two articles, Not Real Apparitions in Medjugorje & Medjugorje: the Case, that stated that the apparitions of Medjugorje were false.  Fast-forward to May 13th of 2019, the SSPX of the United Kingdom promotes their Marian Retreat with three superimposed images, all from the false apparitions of Medjugorje. (see above)  When FSSPX News and its associated sites were launched the Society gave the reasoning behind it, “In an effort to increase the quality, consistency, and frequency of Catholic communication, the SSPX is launching a new website.”  Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing in the Society?  Is the SSPX making modernist Rome traditional Catholic or is modernist Rome’s modernism rubbing off on the FSSPX?  Are their members really that ignorant of the photo they grabbed off the internet to promote their Marian Retreat? What’s going on?

The Marian images from the false apparitions go by many names: Our Lady of Tihaljina, Our Lady of Medjugorje, Our Lady of Grace, Queen of Peace, Mother of the Redeemer, etc...

Do a search for those names and these images turn up.

Will Bishop Vitus Huonder bring his value$ along as he moves to the SSPX District House?

On Monday, May 20, 2019, Pope Francis relieved Bishop Vitus Huonder of his duties as Bishop of the Diocese of Chur (Switzerland), while appointing an administrator with a view to the election of his successor.
According to an intention that he stated long ago, Bishop Huonder is retiring to a house of the Society of Saint Pius X. The one sole purpose of this step is to dedicate himself to prayer and silence, to celebrate the traditional Mass exclusively, and to work for Tradition, the only way of renewing the Church.
The Society of Saint Pius X appreciates Bishop Huonder’s courageous decision and rejoices to be able to provide him with the spiritual and priestly surroundings that he desires so deeply. May this example be followed by others, so as to “restore everything in Christ”.

His Excellency Vitus Huonder - Bishop Emeritus of Chur
Don Davide Pagliarani - Superior General of the SSPX

Joint communiqué of Bishop Huonder and Father Pagliarani, FSSPXNews, 20 May 2019

Bp. Huonder is a typical Novus Ordo of the liberal strain who occasionally makes a decision which appears Catholic.  He is big fan of interreligious dialogue and a friend of Moslem and Talmudic Jew alike.  Thinks highly of ‘Nostra Aetate’, is a member of the Jewish / Roman - Catholic Dialogue Commission, implemented the ‘Day of Judaism’ in Switzerland, wrote his doctoral thesis in 1975 - Israel Sohn Gottes: Zur Deutung eines alttestamentlichen Themas in der jüdischen Exegese des Mittelalters (Israel Son of God: On the interpretation of an Old Testament theme in the Jewish exegesis of the Middle Ages), ad nauseum.

More of what Huonder value$...

 Female altar boys.

 How Catholic, how traditional!

 Nice pants.

Interfaith fun with Anglican priestess, Adèle Kelham.

Nothing says Novus Ordo Missae like girls as altar boys!

He should fit right in with the SSPX.

Delegating his Novus Ordo duties.

Communion in the hand and immodest dress.

The SSPX already shares a few of these value$...

Sharing sanctuary with Novus Ordo presiders.

The American SSPX HQ is a big fan of females in pants.

Adoration of Novus Ordo host at a cathedral.

Vitus Huonder’s goal in retiring to the SSPX

20 May 2019 letter from Bp. Huonder.

Bp. Huonder, “In the spirit of Pope Francis, I will strive myself to contribute to the unity of the Church, not to marginalize, but to discern, accompany and help integrate.” (That sounds an awful lot like it came from Amoris laetitia, chapter eight – Accompanying, discerning and integrating weakness.)

Bp. Williamson says that Bp. Vitus Huonder will consecrate two bishops for the SSPX

“It’s hearsay at the moment but it's pretty darn certain...”

The Cuckoo’s Nest

The con-artist laymen, Mr. William Edward Moran, weaves a few more lies as he preaches to the birds.

So Mr. Moran, if it is highly doubtful that Abp. Lefebvre is a priest much less a bishop as you say, why have you been hanging out with two ex-Society priests for the past four years?

How do you keep your lies straight Mr. Moran?

The SSPX’s “2018—2019 Policy Handbook” allows for the formation of ‘transgender’ and homosexual clubs

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 WARNING 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Last year we wrote about the FSSPX’s school (Saint Michael’s) in Burghclere, England and their very disturbing handbook in the post, The SSPX’s “Child Protection Policy” endorsed masturbation, sodomy, obscenity, pornography, etc....  Supporters of the SSPX hemmed and hawed over the handbook stating that Call Me Jorge... made it up, misrepresented the facts, was out to get the Society, and our favorite — that the handbook was from last year and it was old news.  Well buckle-up because another one of the Society’s schools has done it again.  This time it is the St. John Bosco Private School in Alberta, Canada.  We can already hear the defenders clamoring that the website says, “St. John Bosco Private School is an independent school affiliated with the Alberta Charitable Society of St. Pius X.”  ‘See, it says “affiliated” it doesn’t say it’s part of it!’

Links to the two handbooks of St. John Bosco Private School:

So what do the 2018—2019 handbooks state?

From the 2018—2019 Policy Handbook, Preface, page 4.

There you have it following has been approved by Fr. Daniel Couture, SSPX and we also note that the headmaster of the school is Fr. Frank Riccomini, SSPX.

The offending pages can be found in the 2018—2019 Policy Handbook, (pp. 45 - 48), and in the Welcome & Caring Policy, (pp. 4 - 9).

The Board that runs the school will not tolerate bullying or discrimination on the basis of an individual’s actual or perceived differences, including sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.

It gets worse. The Board requires that its school and staff promote a welcoming...safe learning environment that respects diversty as reflected in An Act to Support Gay-Straight Alliances.

And it continues, support and affirm dignity while respecting diversity, gender identity and gender expression.

Why all this talk of gender identity and gender expression?  Well, so your boy can form a gay-straight alliance or queer-straight alliance!

At this point don’t you feel like throwing up?

Well, there you have it.  Another school of the SSPX is violating the natural law in its handbooks again.  If these are hoops that the government of Alberta, Canada makes a school jump through, why have a school at all?  If they put these policies in the handbook but do not intend to follow them, wouldn’t this be deceitful to say the least?  We don’t recall the early martyrs offering incense to the pagan gods.  If neither, why are they in the handbook?  Furthermore, does the SSPX not understand the difference between sex and gender?  It pains us at Call Me Jorge... to write this but is there any difference these days between the members of the Society and the conservatives in the Novus Ordo?

We cannot imagine that  St. John Bosco and Abp. Lefebvre would be
pleased with the handbooks of the St. John Bosco Private School.

Bp. Fellay, “we are Catholics and the modern church recognizes us as Catholics.”

“Our situation is now as follows: first, and I can give you statements from Rome that say very clearly that the Society is not schismatic. So we are Catholics and the modern church recognizes us as Catholics. But they say there is something irregular because you do not have canonical status. And they do not want to give us this canonical status before we say that the new Mass is good and the council is good. And we're not going to say it, so we're stuck here. At the same time, you have heard that the Pope gave us the power to confess everyone. Everyone can come with us, not only our faithful, everybody, and the priest has the power to give confession. This is true also for the Last Rights, that is for the Extreme Unction, and recently we have also, in a curious way, the power for marriages. It is even more than that. Just to show you that even if there are certain things which are not yet complete, on the other side many things that are already written down, where Rome is accepting us as Catholics. I give you some examples. For example, if a priest is doing very, very bad, so he needs to be punished. And so the superior, which was myself, I contact Rome and say I'm sorry one of our priests did a big thing and several time Rome did appoint myself as the judge of the case. So I think tribunal know in the name of Rome on one or several of our priests even one times they appointed me as the tribunal of second instance what is Rome made the judgement, the priest appealed against this decision from Rome, and Rome didn't recognize that they made a mistake, and they asked me to be the second judge for that case. How can this be if we are not Catholics? You see? Here we have examples in real life which shows that they consider us as Catholics. Though they say that everything is not yet finished. It is true, we all recognize that. We all say who made the first mistake?”

conference with Bp. Fellay, St. Joseph Priory, Davao City, Mindanao, Philippines, (3 September 2018).

Break out the champagne, the modernists recognize the FSSPX as one of their own!

So much for not collaborating with Modernist Rome...

The (re)branding of the SSPX

So they organize the meeting in Menzingen, and Father Wegner told me that the man went there and asked one hundred and fifty questions to Bishop Fellay, and Bishop Fellay answered all of these questions, and it lasted six hours! For six hours! And, at the end, that man said: “Okay, I will take the contract of the Society, and I will do your branding.”
So I don't know exactly how long this took... A few months... And I don't know how much it cost, but... I talked with some people, and they think it was a bundle of money, and I wish they would have given it to us, so we could have a nice church by now! And afterwards he gave the conclusion to Father Wegner and to Bishop Fellay, the conclusion of the whole survey of the branding, and he said to Father and Bishop Fellay: “Bishop Fellay, the result of my survey, is that for the last fifteen years, you had it all wrong! You will never get more faithful and more people to come to your churches if you continue this way, because right now, the Vatican II Church is like an old man dying, and it's like dying flat on the street. Like they lose their seminaries, they lose their monasteries, they sell their churches, and it is a dying church! And you are really looking bad when you continue to fight that Church! It makes you look like a cruel... or like you exaggerate, or like you are kicking somebody who is already dying! So your new branding has to change you completely! You have to stop arguing; you have to stop fighting; you have instead to go on the positive side, and to show the beauty of the traditional liturgy, the beauty of the traditional theology, and that way people will not see you as cruel, or bitter, or things like that.”
And this is why, since the branding of the society, DICI has changed; the SSPX websites have changed; the Angelus has changed. And in fact, interestingly enough, if you go back to the first issue of the new Angelus, what does Father Wegner say? Go back if you have it, and read it. He says: “We will not anymore put the emphasis on the battle and the fight, but we will put the emphasis on the beauty of the Gregorian chant, the beauty of art...”

Bp. Fellay discusses the FSSPX’s desire to become a ‘personal prelature’ and their future goals

Bp. Fellay wants the Society to become a ‘personal preature’

In a recent interview with Regina Einig for Die Tagespost„Wir sind ein Störfaktor in der Kirche“ Bp. Fellay tackled the Society’s relationship with modernist Rome, “goodness is there, benevolence. For years, we have been working with Rome to rebuild trust. And we have made great progress despite all the reactions.... The main points - religious freedom, ecumenism, new mass - are all open questions. This is incredible progress. Until now it has been said: You must obey. Meanwhile, curia workers tell us: we should open a seminary in Rome, a university for the defense of tradition.”  Regina Einig then asked ‘What would a reasonable solution be?’ to which Fellay replied, “A personal prelature.”  Bp. Fellay then explained why the talks with modernist Rome have stalled, “Last year, Archbishop Pozzo told us that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Congregation approved the text we were to sign. We should agree with a personal prelature. One and a half months later, Cardinal Müller decided to revise the text and demand a clearer acceptance of the Council [Vatican II] and the legitimacy of the Holy Mass [Novus Ordo Missae]. First of all, we opened discussion channels, then they blocked them. What do you really want from us? This is where the devil works. It is a spiritual fight.”  Lastly, responded when asked, ‘Do you personally trust Francis?’, “We have a very good relationship. If we let him know that we are in Rome, this door is open. He is always helping us on a smaller scale. For example, he told us, "I have problems when I do something good for you. I help Protestants and Anglicans - why can not I help the Catholics? " Some want to prevent the agreement. We are a disruptive factor in the church. The Pope stands in between.”  Bp. Fellay’s interview with
Regina Einig ends with the bishop showing her a handwritten letter from Francis to Bp. Fellay in French with the address “Cher frere, cher fils” (Dear brother, dear son).
Anonymous members of the Roman Curia want a seminary like this in Rome.
