the new evangelization is a roller coaster of chaos

The Novus Ordo is total clownery.

How many takes did these two idiots shoot in order to make a mockery of the Catholic Faith?

Has there ever been a more apt metaphor for the post-conciliar church?

the new evangelization in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Who wants to bet that Francis wears his favorite team’s jersey underneath his vestments like this Brazilian does?

Does this priest also have a shrine to soccer
like Francis does in the Vatican?

Francis loves his football as demonstrated by the shrine located in the Sala Regia.

the new evangelization in Australia

Thanks to the reader who wrote, telling us to view the videos from the Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF).  We couldn’t distinguish the ACYF from a protestant tent revival other than grown men dressed as bishops making fools of themselves and a priest with face paint on for adoration because the novus ordo’s adoration isn’t cool enough unless it has an aboriginal flair to it.  What passes for the faith in the Novus Ordo is an emotional laded experience with the participants dressed immodestly as they make a mockery of sacraments of the Church with their new, man-made, and ‘improved’ post-Vatican II versions.  How sad...

If one so wishes to watch this monstrosity in its fullness they can by clicking on the following links:

...otherwise one can watch the toned down highlight video and the two bishops videos below to get an idea of this travesty of the Catholic faith.

the new evangelization in Germany

We, at Call Me Jorge..., couldn’t believe they found German children to make this video.  Germany in 1995 had 1.25 births per woman most recently, in 2015, has shown an increase to 1.50 births per woman only because of the arrival of Moslem ‘refugees’ (aka conquerors).  This is still below replacement level.  Please pray for these poor children and the country they live in.

the new evangelization in Italy — the Sunday night pub in the sacristy of Trent’s Cathedral

Mixing the Sacred and the Profane?

Everyone has heard about the new crop of priests coming through the ranks.  Those that are conservative in their tastes of ‘fashion’ as Francis would say.  Well, this post isn’t about them, instead it’s about their brethren clowns, two in particular — don Mauro Leonardelli and don Ronaldo Covi.  On the last Sunday evening of the month after the 7:00 PM Novus Ordo mess, the two clowns turn the sacristy of the Cathedral of Saint Vigilius in Trent into a pub.  Don Mauro (34 years old) and don Ronaldo (37) are in charge of Campus Ministry at the local university (Pastorale Universitaria Torino) and thought this would be a good idea to bring people to the Novus Ordo religion.  Don Mauro tells it best,
“The goal is to create a moment of contact between students that goes beyond traditional events, at 7 o’clock we celebrate the Mass which is open to everyone, but with a specific dedication to the university and then [afterwards] we move students into the sacristy where the entrance is free.”
Homemade hors d'œuvres and snacks are brought by the participants and a professional bartender whips up an alcoholic drink of the night.  For February’s Sunday the theme was winter drink — New Moskow Mules consisting of vodka, ginger beer, cranberry juice, and various trimmings were served.  Hundreds of students showed up and mixed in the sacristy.  One thing was missing from this unique pub — music — as don Mauro explains,
“[Music is] missing on purpose because this moment is one to be aware of. Those who come may invite one or more friends, the guys talk to each other and could not do so if there was the music.”
What do the students think of this sacrilegious pub?

Francis says,
“It’s perfect, because it would not be the same thing if you held it at the oratory or at the priest’s house.  We attended mass, and with only a few steps and we stood together laughing and joking.”
Thuj and Luu, two Vietnamese students in Italy,
“It’s beautiful also because on Sundays many of the places that we frequent on weekdays are closed.  Here we can talk and maybe even find company for a pizza.”
When confronted about his sacrilegious behavior don Mauro doesn’t back down,
“You may not like it, but if we want to attract young people, to revitalize Pastorale Universitaria and give way to a basic evangelization process, we need to change. The mode of action in place, has proven not to be effective.”
And there you have it folks, taking the Novus Ordo to it’s logical conclusion.  When you don’t have the Faith and your religion stands for nothing — the sacristy becomes a pub.  It’s no wonder that Islam is spreading across Europe.

Last week it was anti-Francis posters, this week a Fake L’Osservatore Romano

The Italian media is reporting that a faux L’Osservatore Romano is circulating in Rome.  It was sent to many cardinals at the Vatican by email and a select few members of the press.  The lead article declares that Francis has responded to the five Dubia submitted to him by the four cardinals, answering each of their questions with both “Yes & No”.  The fake paper also pokes fun at Antonio Spadaro, Pio Vito Pinto, Walter Kasper, Eugenio Scalfari, Christoph Schönborn, Gerhard Müller, and Lucetta Scaraffia.   Below in black and white is the best image of the spoof Call Me Jorge... found available, plus a color snapshot of the page.  Last week it was the anti-Francis pasquino, this week a fake L’Osservatore Romano.  What an embarrassment for the office of the papacy that people are mocking it left and right because of the un-Catholic behavior of the man occupying it.  We wonder what protest next week will bring?

The Nativity scene in St Peter's Square...

Includes a fallen shattered Cross!

The purpose of it, ostensibly, is to raise money to help rebuild the church in the town of Norcia which was struck by an earthquake on 30 October 2016.  The broken Cross is a from the destroyed Basilica of St. Benedict.  The Nativity also paid tribute to the plight of the Moslem invaders of Europe with a boat.  Don’t worry Francis still found room in the manger for the Holy Family.  Isn’t it a bid odd that a nativity scene, the purpose of which is to honor Our Lord’s birth, is instead focusing on Francis’ pet causes once again?

Watch for the shout out to Francis and the peripheries of the world at 3 minutes.  Yup, reality television is the fringe the Vatican wants to send the sisters to.

The Fruits of the “New Springtime” of Vatican II in Italy

Abandoned by God? Italian churches turned into banks, bars, shops (PHOTOS)

With the Italian economy crippled by recession, more and more churches are being deconsecrated and sold to private buyers, who repurpose these former houses of God into banks, theaters, night clubs and even car repair shops.

Several thousand churches have recently found new owners, indicating the hard times experienced by the Catholic Church and Italy’s general switch towards secularity.

“I loved all of them. I like places, which have irony in them. And that was the feeling I experienced in all of those churches,” says local photographer, Andrea Di Martino, who visited and took pictures of 70 former churches.

Madonna della Neve church in Como was among the first such churches he visited, inspiring the whole project.

It was deconsecrated in the late 1950s and turned into a successful car repair shop by the building’s new owners.

“When I left it, I realized that I want to learn what’s happened to the rest of those churches,” the photographer said.

Churches in Italy are deconsecrated when the condition of the building makes it dangerous, or when attendance drastically decreases.

They sell pretty well due to being solid structures, with high ceilings, usually located in the centers of towns and villages.

Repurposing defunct church buildings is a practice common not only in Italy, but in other Western European nations as well. In 2008, Dutch bookstore chain, Selexyz, turned a 1294 church in Maastricht into one of the most famous book shops in the Netherlands.
