the new evangelization of the Novus Ordo — The Thirsting

“The Thirsting is an excellent example of one way to actualize The New Evangelization.”

Who would want to drink of the Novus Ordo?

Notice, you come to the table because
there is no altar in the Novus Ordo

Ruining a beautiful Catholic song

What type of person would honor God in this manner?

Are they intentionally mocking the Catholic
Faith or just complete idiots?

“The so-called ‘spirit’ of the [Second Vatican] council … is a ghost or demon that must be exorcised if we are to proceed with the Lord’s work...we have sometimes lost sight of who we are and what we believe, and therefore have little to offer the world that so desperately needs the Gospel.” — Bishop Nickless

the new evangelization in Germany

We, at Call Me Jorge..., couldn’t believe they found German children to make this video.  Germany in 1995 had 1.25 births per woman most recently, in 2015, has shown an increase to 1.50 births per woman only because of the arrival of Moslem ‘refugees’ (aka conquerors).  This is still below replacement level.  Please pray for these poor children and the country they live in.

Move over Sister Cristina...here are more singing Novus Ordo nuns!

The Eucharistic Communicators of the Heavenly Father are a community of nuns from Colombia who have a great passion for music and an intense desire to announce God through the gifts he has given them.

Sister María Victoria de Jesús told CNA the mission of their apostolate “is to evangelize through as many means of communication as possible,” and added that the charism of the sisters “is to communicate the love of God the Father.”

[...]

The Eucharistic Communicators of the Heavenly Father were formed in 2004 by Mother Gabriela del Amor Crucificado and Father Antonio Lootens, from two communities of hermits. They are based in the Archdiocese of Cali, in southwestern Colombia, and the community includes 65 religious women dedicated to evangelization through social media.

Sister Maria of Nazareth, who founded the musical group within the community, recalled “the words of Paul VI that the Church would be culpable if it did not use the powerful medium of television, and that John Paul II said there should be a group of consecrated persons dedicated to communications media: and thus our community was born.”

Sister María Victoria de Jesús noted that their music ministry “began three years ago, when we produced our first CD with the help of some lay persons.”

“In the past year, we began producing music videos so as to reach many more people. We work in all that is artistic and audiovisual: radio, film, music, television, and social media.”

While the community was principally founded to work in communications media in 2004, “the musical power emerged spontaneously with the sisters who were given musical talents.”

Sister Maria of Nazareth commented that “before bringing a message, it is necessary to have a witness of life, to be faithful to the Lord, and to his call. Really, our vows of poverty, obedience, and chastity help us to give of ourselves. The first medium of communication is our life and it is this that the world needs – living gospels. Then the rest follows.”

The texts, production, direction, and recording are done by the sisters themselves, who are prepared within their community to be able to perform these tasks.

“Visually we develop it all; we are trained to make a good audiovisual product. We develop it as a producer because we want the content to be high quality, to be the best for the Lord,” she said.

“Our goal is to support all the dioceses so that there is strength in the Church, and not just in Cali. To have a presence wherever there are persons who do not believe, do not know God, to look for the lost sheep and to strengthen those who are in the fold,” noted Sister Maria of Nazareth.

“When people listen to us they say they feel great peace, the love of God the Father, and some even cry. The sisters by their life of prayer touch hearts ... which need a voice of encouragement, to feel loved by God. We seek to give people hope,” she concluded.

It’s always party time!

The Light of Francis

“La Luz de Francisco” by Palito Ortega

La Luz de Francisco - Palito Ortega
Esta brillando una luz
una luz en el camino
para llegar a Jesús
de la mano de Francisco

Francisco es la nueva luz
una luz que alumbra todo
vamos a rezar por el
como el reza por nosotros

Francisco abrió sus brazos
para cuidar al pueblo de Dios
y sobre todo al más pobre
como Jesús los cuido

Llegaste del fin del mundo
con la divina misión
de anunciarle a tus hermanos
el evangelio de Dios

Esta brillando una luz
una luz en el camino
para llegar a Jesús
de la mano de Francisco

Francisco es la nueva luz
una luz que alumbra todo
vamos a rezar por el
como el reza por nosotros

Vamos a seguir tus pasos
que nuestra guía sea tu voz
queremos ir de tu mano
ir al encuentro de Dios

El mundo esta celebrando
porque encendiste una nueva luz
porque siembras tu palabra
de amor, igual que Jesus

Esta brillando una luz
una luz en el camino
para llegar a Jesús
de la mano de Francisco

Francisco es la nueva luz
una luz que alumbra todo
vamos a rezar por el
como el reza por nosotros

Francisco papa querido
una oración vamos a rezar
para pedir que te cuide
siempre nuestra virgen de Lujan

Cantemos con alegría
a nuestro hermano Francisco
para el pastor de la iglesia
para el vicario de cristo

Esta brillando una luz
una luz en el camino
para llegar a Jesús
de la mano de Francisco

Francisco es la nueva luz
una luz que alumbra todo
vamos a rezar por el
como el reza por nosotros

Esta brillando una luz
una luz en el camino
para llegar a Jesús
de la mano de Francisco

Francisco es la nueva luz
una luz que alumbra todo
vamos a rezar por el
como el reza por nosotros

The Light of Francis - Palito Ortega
This shining light is
a light on the path
to get to Jesus
at the hands of Francis
Francisco is the new light
a light that enlightens all
let's pray for him
as pray for us
Francisco opened his arms
to care for the people of God
and especially the poorest
like Jesus did
The end of the world arrived [doomsday]
with the divine mission
to announce your brothers
the gospel of God
This shining light is
a light on the path
to get to Jesus
at the hands of Francis
Francisco is the new light
a light that enlightens all
let's pray for him
as pray for us
We will follow your footsteps
our guide be your voice
we want to go hand in hand with you
to encounter God
The world is celebrating
because you lit a new light
because sow your words
of love, like Jesus
This shining light is
a light on the path
to get to Jesus
at the hands of Francis
Francisco is the new light
a light that enlightens all
let's pray for him
as pray for us
Pope Francis desires
prayer let us go to pray
to ask that you take care [of us]
always to Our Virgin of Lujan
Let us sing joyfully
to our brother Francisco
for the pastor of the church
for the Vicar of Christ
This shining light is
a light on the path
to get to Jesus
at the hands of Francis
Francisco is the new light
a light that enlightens all
let's pray for him
as pray for us
This shining light is
a light on the path
to get to Jesus
at the hands of Francis
Francisco is the new light
a light that enlightens all
let's pray for him
as pray for us

POPE is POP

The origins of connecting Francis with pop aptly comes from WYD Rio 2013.  It was shortly before his visit to Rio that the youth there began referring to Francis as the "Pop Pope".  These videos from the Novus Ordo church with the song POPE is POP sum up Francis and his pontificate.  The Novus Ordo's last hurrah is the media driven popularity of Francis.  Like eating cotton candy, Francis provides no spiritual substance nor does he pass on any traditional church teachings.  What he does is sell poison to the masses while telling them it is spiritual nourishment.

Sex on the table

***************************************************
WARNING EXPLICIT IMAGES PORTRAYING SEX IN A NOVUS ORDO CHURCH ON THE TABLE
***************************************************

Mark Wilkinson aka DJ Wilkinson recently released a new song, Half Life, and music video to accompany it. So far so good, but here is where it gets interesting...

...as the Belfast Telegraph relates,

Half Light depicts a young couple – played by Irish actors Joanna Nixon and Diarmuid Noyes – simulating a sex scene on the altar of Good Shepherd Catholic Church on south Belfast's Ormeau Road....
...The video shows the pair – portraying a Catholic and a Protestant – meeting on a night out in a club and enjoying a drink and drug-fuelled evening together.
The pair take in some of the sights of Belfast while drink-driving and having a hedonistic dance-off atop a mountain.
The man then carries the girl over his shoulder into the chapel where he proceeds to quench his thirst by drinking from the holy water font before blessing himself.
The pair then jump and slide across the pews before stripping off and having 'sex' on the altar. Local director Aoife McArdle was given permission to film in the church, but local priests Father Patrick McKenna and Father Robert Fullerton were horrified when they viewed the video's content and successfully got the illicit scenes removed.
Another one from the you have to be kidding me file. Are these priests so stupid as to think, "Hey let's give permission to film a music video in a Novus Ordo church." Haven't they ever heard of the phrase sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll? Do they not know what this means? These priests gave permission  to film in the church  but decided not to surpervise the rock 'n roll video filmmakers.  Did they not ask around about Aoife's work or DJ Wilkinson's?  Is this the sorry excuse that passes for a, post Vatican II Novus Ordo, priest?

No dear reader, they didn't take Francis totally to heart with, "Who am I to judge?" When the dioceses was informed by parishioners they took action!  Fr. Fullerton read a statement after the Sunday service from the Diocese of Down and Connor,

"For these reasons, to protect the church and its parishioners, the Diocese of Down and Connor immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the distributors and creators of the material."
"No permission was either sought or granted to film the interior of the parish church within the context of any conduct or activities that were not relating to prayer or homage and in accordance with the sanctity of the church."
...And so the video was taken down from the internet and another more suitable video was put up in its place.  The subject matter and theme are the same in the edited version of Half Life, but none of the video takes place in a church anymore.

We here at Call Me Jorge... just wrote about another blasphemous video El Cuerpo De Cristo which was shot in Argentina (see, Barf!) and now this from "Catholic" Ireland?  To think, Ireland used to export missionary priests to the world, now the priests & bishops they have in Belfast need to be catechized and given a good dose of common Catholic sense.
